Terms Of Service for commissioning artwork

Hello, audience! I’m so excited to work with all of you. I am new at taking commissions, and I am so happy to start and learn about all of this. English is not my main language, so I apologize if you find any grammar flaw, either in this document, or during the commission process, so please be patient with me.
Before planning to place a commission with me, the client must read this file that includes valuable information about the comission process. If you place a commission, I assume that you’re aware of the topics stated in this document.

Payment and refund policy

At the moment I’m only accept payments via PayPal, and the currency should be converted to Euro. The price will be considered by me after reviewing the requests, but prices range from 55€ minimum(60USD), and up to 120€ maximum(136 USD). Details kept in mind in order to determine price can be:1.How much of the character is showing.
2.character quantity.
3.complex posing.
4.character details.
5.background details.REFOUND POLICY:
I will accept refunds IF I haven’t started with the commission, but if the commission HAS STARTED, i will not accept a refund.
For clients security, and mine as well, one half of the whole payment should be made before I start the commission, and the other half once the commission is finished.

Revisions, timeframe and workflow

Once the commission is approved, it can take up to two weeks in order to be started and finished, I will let the client know once I’ve started and will show them the first sketch so they can decide on make some changes. First 3 changes are completely free, but after that, I will add a fee depending on the complexity of the change. After sketch revisions i will notify client about the progress of their commission.
I will send the client their commissioned work almost finished so they can decide making small details (such as glow, effects, filters etc.) and i will only accept up to two changes before adding an extra fee.

Copyright terms

The art the client receives has been made by me, therefore, rights for art received are mine. I can post the commissioned artwork on my pages, unless the client says otherwise.
Commissioned artwork can be used for private usage, such as profile pictures, background images etc, and can be posted on users social media as long as the client credits me for the drawing. It Is strictly prohibited to claim the art has been made by the receiver, or to cut out, modify or delete the signature on the piece of artwork, as well as using my artwork for AI training.
